1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Lime wedges, for serving

Sour cream or Greek yogurt, for topping (optional)

Salsa or hot sauce, for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss until they are well-coated with the seasoning mixture. Allow the shrimp to marinate for about 15 minutes.

    Cook the Shrimp: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

      Warm the Tortillas: In another dry skillet or over an open flame, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they are soft and pliable.

        Assemble the Tacos: On each tortilla, place a generous portion of cooked shrimp. Top with sliced red cabbage, avocado, and chopped cilantro.
