1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

2 bell peppers (any colors), sliced into strips

1 large onion, sliced into wedges

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Soft tortillas, for serving

Optional toppings: sour cream, avocado, salsa, cheese

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Veggies and Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion.

      Season the Mixture: Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and vegetables, then sprinkle the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
