Ingredients
  

1 cup watermelon, diced

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup pineapple, diced

1 ripe banana, sliced

1 medium kiwi, peeled and sliced

2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 tablespoon lime juice

Zest of 1 lime

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced watermelon, strawberry slices, blueberries, pineapple chunks, banana slices, and kiwi slices.

    In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.

      Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss everything together until the fruit is evenly coated.

        Add in the chopped mint leaves and give it another gentle toss to combine all flavors.

          Refrigerate for about 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and to serve chilled.

            Serve the fruit salad in individual bowls or as a large centerpiece salad. Garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
