Ingredients

For the crispy potstickers:

1 package (16 oz) frozen potstickers (chicken, pork, or vegetable)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

For the salad:

4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, and romaine)

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup chopped cucumber

1/2 cup sliced radishes

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

For the zesty sesame dressing:

3 tablespoons sesame oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

Prepare the Potstickers:

    - In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

      - Add the frozen potstickers and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they are golden brown on one side.

        - Pour in a splash of water (about 1/4 cup), cover the skillet, and let the potstickers steam for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.

          - Remove the lid, let the extra water evaporate, add soy sauce and sesame oil, sauté for an additional minute until crispy, then remove from heat.

            Make the Zesty Sesame Dressing:

              - In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chili flakes until well combined. Adjust seasoning as needed.

                Assemble the Salad:

                  - In a large serving bowl, combine mixed greens, shredded carrots, cucumber, radishes, green onions, and cilantro. Toss gently to combine.

                    - Drizzle half of the zesty sesame dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.

                      Plate the Dish:

                        - Divide the salad among plates or bowls.

                          - Top with the crispy potstickers and drizzle with more dressing on top as desired.

                            - Garnish with additional cilantro and sesame seeds if desired.

                              Serve:

                                - Serve immediately while the potstickers are hot and crispy. Enjoy your refreshing and crispy potsticker salad!
