Crispy Chicken Tenders – Kid Favorite!

Ingredients
  

1 lb chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 cup buttermilk

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Oil for frying

Instructions
 

In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator).

    In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, Panko breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese.

      Heat oil in a deep frying pan or skillet to 350°F (175°C).

        Remove each chicken strip from the marinade and let the excess drip off. Dredge it in the flour mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Shake off any excess and set aside.

          Once the oil is hot, carefully add the chicken tenders in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

            Remove the chicken tenders and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil. Repeat with the remaining chicken.

              Serve your crispy chicken tenders warm, with your favorite dipping sauce!
