2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 cup spinach, fresh

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

      Fill the Chicken: Lay the chicken breast slices flat on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto one end of each sliced chicken breast. Carefully roll the chicken around the filling, starting from the filled end.

        Secure the Rolls: Use toothpicks to secure the roll-ups, ensuring the filling stays inside as they cook.

          Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken roll-ups, seam side down, and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

            Transfer to Baking Dish: Once browned, carefully transfer the roll-ups to a greased baking dish.

              Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
