Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, dried parsley, dried thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Prepare the Crescent Rolls: Open the cans of crescent roll dough and separate the triangles. Lay them out on a clean surface, with the wide end facing you.

Fill the Rolls: Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Top with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese. Roll the dough from the wide end to the pointed tip, enclosing the filling.

Arrange and Bake: Place the rolled crescent rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Optionally, garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm and enjoy your creamy, flavorful treats!
