9 lasagna noodles

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel to cool.

      Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well-combined.

        Assemble the Rolls: Spread 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce evenly on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Take one lasagna noodle, spoon approximately 1/4 cup of the chicken filling on one end, and carefully roll it up. Place the roll seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.

          Add the Sauce: Once all noodles are rolled and placed in the dish, pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the rolls, ensuring that they are adequately covered. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

            Bake the Dish: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
