2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup sweet corn, fresh or frozen (thawed)

1 avocado, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 lime, juiced

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

Tortilla strips or crushed corn chips, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, black beans, thawed sweet corn, diced avocado, and finely chopped red onion.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, ground cumin, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust flavors as needed.

      Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine, ensuring all ingredients are well-coated with the dressing.
