3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Cook the Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the soba noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until completely cooled. Set aside.
