Ingredients

2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Optional toppings: caramel sauce, fresh berries, or whipped cream

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Press the seams together to form a rectangle.

Brush half of the melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle with half of the granulated sugar combined with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it on top of the first layer. Seal the edges well, and then brush the remaining melted butter on top.

In a small bowl, mix the remaining sugar with the remaining cinnamon, and sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the dough.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Once done, allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.

While the pizza cools, prepare the cream cheese topping. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cinnamon-sugar pizza.

Drizzle with caramel sauce if desired, and top with fresh berries or a dollop of whipped cream for added flavor and texture.

Slice into squares or wedges and serve warm. Enjoy your unique cinnamon-sugar pizza!
