Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 package (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Olive oil (for brushing)

Optional: additional ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle (about 14x10 inches).

Spread the chicken and cheese mixture evenly over the rolled pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Starting at one long edge, carefully roll the dough over the filling to form a tight cylinder. Pinch the edges to seal and tuck the ends under.

Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Use a sharp knife to make a few diagonal slits on the top of the stromboli for steam to escape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Allow the stromboli to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with additional ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
