8 oz farfalle pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: If you haven’t cooked the chicken yet, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill or sauté until cooked through and let it rest before dicing.

      Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled farfalle pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
