Ingredients

1 lb cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 lb crispy bacon, crumbled

1 cup ranch dressing

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 pack refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly coated.

Prepare the Dough: Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Using your hands, flatten each biscuit into a disc about 1/4 inch thick.

Fill the Rolls: Place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Gather the edges of the biscuit and pinch them together to form a ball. Repeat until all biscuit dough and filling are used.

Arrange in Baking Dish: Grease a bundt or round cake pan with cooking spray or a little melted butter. Place the filled biscuit balls in the pan, arranging them snugly.

Brush and Sprinkle: Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the biscuit balls. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.

Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and fully cooked.

Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Pull apart each roll and enjoy the cheesy, flavorful goodness!
