1 cup milk

1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

½ cup bread crumbs

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the drained tuna, frozen peas and carrots, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and the cooked egg noodles into the soup mixture. Make sure everything is well coated.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the noodle and tuna mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over the casserole.

Prepare Breadcrumb Topping: In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs with the melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the casserole for a crispy finish.

Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the top is golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
