1 pound baby Yukon gold potatoes, halved

1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.

      Combine Sausage and Potatoes: Add the sliced smoked sausage to the bowl with the potatoes, mixing them together evenly.
