Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup pepperoni slices

1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Pizza Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough and cut it into about 12 equal squares.

Assemble the Pizza Bombs: Take a square of dough, and in the center, place a small handful of mozzarella cheese, about 3-4 slices of pepperoni, and a pinch of Italian seasoning.

Seal the Dough: Carefully fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal it completely, forming a ball. Repeat this process for all squares of dough.

Brush with Olive Oil: Place the pizza bombs onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese on each bomb for extra flavor.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
