Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup baby spinach

1 cup tomatoes, diced

Olive oil or cooking spray for grilling

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount (about 1/4 of the mixture) of the cheesy chicken filling in the center of the tortilla. Top it with a handful of baby spinach and a sprinkle of diced tomatoes.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Grill the Wraps: Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil or cooking spray. Once hot, place each wrap seam-side down in the skillet. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy, being careful not to burn them.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a moment. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce, such as ranch or marinara.
