1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

      - Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken breasts. Cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes.

            Shred the Chicken:
