1 loaf of crusty French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 cup cooked and crumbled Italian sausage

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1 cup diced salami

1 cup sliced black olives

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup diced red onion

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large eggs

1 cup milk

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

    Prepare the bread base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes with the Italian sausage, pepperoni, salami, olives, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Toss everything together to evenly distribute the ingredients.

      Make the cheese sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Combine the mixtures: Pour the egg mixture over the bread and charcuterie mix. Stir gently to ensure all the bread absorbs the liquid. Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes to soak up the flavors.

          Layer the cheeses: Add half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the bread mixture, stirring to incorporate. Then pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

            Top with remaining cheese: Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the top of the casserole.

              Bake the casserole: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
