12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli work best)

1 cup diced salami

1 cup diced prosciutto

1 cup cubed cheese (cheddar, gouda, or a mixture)

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, salami, prosciutto, cheese, olives, cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, marinara sauce, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

        Transfer to Baking Dish: Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the pasta mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.

          Add Toppings: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the pasta mixture.

            Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

              Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
