Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker crust

1 cup heavy cream

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup candy corn (plus extra for topping)

1 cup cornstarch

1/2 cup orange gelatin powder (like Jell-O)

1/2 cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold water

Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth. Add vanilla extract and blend well.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

In a separate bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin powder into 1/2 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then add 1/2 cup of cold water and set aside to cool slightly.

Once the gelatin mixture has cooled but not set, gradually fold in 1/2 cup of candy corn into the cream cheese mixture.

Slowly pour the gelatin mixture into the cream cheese mixture, folding gently until fully incorporated.

Transfer the filling into the graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Once set, serve the pie topped with whipped cream and sprinkle with extra candy corn on top for decoration.
