Ingredients

1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger candy bars and creamy peanut butter. Mix well until combined and smooth.

Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract into the mixture, stirring until a thick dough forms. You can use your hands for better mixing if needed.

Scoop out small portions of the dough (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Once all the dough is shaped into balls, chill the tray in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to help them firm up.

While the balls are chilling, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

Remove the chilled balls from the refrigerator. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat them completely. Use a fork to lift them and allow the excess chocolate to drip off.

Place the chocolate-coated balls back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Optional: Before the chocolate sets, you can sprinkle crushed Butterfinger crumbs on top of each ball for decoration.

Once all the balls are coated, place them back in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, allowing the chocolate to harden.

Serve chilled and enjoy your Butterfinger Bliss Balls!
