1 lb (450g) ground chicken

1/2 cup (120ml) buffalo wing sauce (adjust for heat preference)

1/4 cup (60ml) ranch dressing

1/2 cup (75g) finely chopped onion

1/2 cup (75g) finely chopped celery

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

12 slider buns

1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and celery, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

    Brown the Chicken: Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking up the meat with a spatula. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.

      Create the Sauce: Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes to combine flavors.

        Prepare the Sliders: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the buns, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.

          Bake: Place the top halves of the buns over the chicken and cheese. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes for a crispy top.

            Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm. Optionally, you can offer extra buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
