Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1/2 cup Frank's RedHot sauce (or your favorite buffalo sauce)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Optional: chopped green onions and ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or oil.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.

Take one triangle and place about a tablespoon of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center.

Carefully fold the corners of the triangle over the filling, pinching together to seal completely. Shape into a ball or a nice little bomb shape.

Place the filled crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart slightly to allow for puffing during baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Once baked, let the Buffalo Chicken Bombs cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 8 bombs
