Ingredients

6 large flour tortillas

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk (or more for desired consistency)

Optional: fresh berries or chocolate sauce for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, creating a log shape. Repeat this step with the remaining tortillas.

Slice the Roll-Ups: Using a sharp knife, cut each rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch thick).

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare for Baking: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with the remaining 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Dip each piece of the roll-up into the butter mixture, ensuring all sides are coated.

Arrange in Baking Dish: Place the coated roll-ups in a greased baking dish, making sure they are snug but not overcrowded.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the roll-ups are golden brown and slightly crispy.

Make the Glaze: While the roll-ups are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust the milk amount to reach your desired glaze consistency.

Serve: Once baked, remove the roll-ups from the oven and drizzle them with the glaze while they are still warm. Optionally, serve with fresh berries or chocolate sauce for an extra touch.
