2 cups cooked rotini pasta

2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons melted butter

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well-combined.

      Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

        In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with the melted butter, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the casserole.

          Top the casserole with the shredded cheddar cheese, ensuring an even distribution.

            Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

              Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
