1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1 large egg

2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and the egg until light and fluffy.

      Add the Flavors: Mix in the Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract until well combined.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

            Form the Cookies: Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

                Cool: Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
