Ingredients

1 can of crescent roll dough

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Roll out the crescent dough on a lightly floured surface, and seal the seams to create a single sheet.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the blueberries over the cream cheese mixture, pressing them in gently.

Starting from one edge, tightly roll the dough into a log. Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces.

Place the cheesecake rolls in a greased baking dish, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow them to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, drizzle with extra powdered sugar combined with a bit of water to create a glaze.
