Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Fudge Layer

  • 12 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

Assembling & Setting

  1. Layer the fudge. Pour the warm chocolate‑marshmallow mixture over the prepared crust, spreading it with a spatula to the edges. The warmth helps the fudge settle evenly without gaps.
  2. Add the topping. Brush the melted butter over the top of the fudge, then sprinkle flaky sea salt evenly. The butter creates a glossy finish, while the salt cuts through the sweetness.
  3. Chill. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm to the touch. This cooling step solidifies the fudge, allowing clean slices later.
  4. Slice. Remove the set bars from the pan using a sharp knife warmed in hot water. Cut into 12 equal squares, wiping the knife clean between cuts for crisp edges.
  5. Serve. Arrange the bars on a platter and enjoy immediately, or keep them chilled until needed. Each bite delivers a crunchy base, creamy fudge, and a buttery, salty snap.
